Kendall, i was unaware of the american company. thanks
for bringing them to my attention.
i helped administer a big contract for the government
for the 1981-1991 part of my career. no bid contracts
are not unusual, but, i never liked them becouse of
the appearance of the whole thing. usually the
justifcation is that one company is out and out better
qualified to do the job. i would think that the bush
admin would have at least let the other company bid if
for no other reason than appearances. it would have
been the politically smart thing to do.
i care not where bush or chany wants to call home.
just as i mined not that the clintons moved to new
york so she could run for the senate. if it does not
bother the new yorkers it certainly don't bother me
and if the people of wyoming have no problem with
chany, then i do not either. it is a non-issue to me.
