I realize that I was 12 years old when the ADA was signed, so I don't
totally remember what life was like before than, and I do realize that
everything does both good and bad.  However I feel that most people like
myself and people even without disabilities still haven't had training in
the law, so it's useless without the knowledge about how its designed to
work.  It's like my Webcam, I paid $100 and it's a wonderful camera, but I
needed the training and knowledge on how it works, to get my investment out
of it and to have the wonderful camera the manufacture promised me.  Within
my home town, I have seen many buildings either have gotten remodeled or
built for the first time within the last 12 years, sometimes the
accessibility is wonderful but often times it's still a joke so they either
leave it and prey somebody doesn't report them or they dig it up costing
them more money.
