Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your advice.

I have Diplegic C.P. & whilst it is mild & I can walk, I do find that as I
age there are more things to overcome.

Yes Kat, the sore legs are spasms & the numbness starts as well when
I sit still.  I struggle when I am tired &/or stressed.

I do sit at the back of the room & near a door.  I just find that I get
self-conscious
about it.
