gee, renting is pretty unstable. has the real estate
slow down not reached hawaii? flipping has cought some
people in formerly hot markets with as many as 5-10
houses or condos that they can't sell. i too am poor
pretty much becouse i chose civil service when (at the
time) my skills would have commanded better saleries. 


anyway,  is your son prepare to give up his house to
the rightfull hawaiian owners? 

i wonder if i went to scotland or ireland where my
ancestors were from (to give the land back to the
cherokee) how i'd make out there. you know i have
never even visited scotland or ireland. probably will
not be able to afford a visit now.
