Hi Carla,

Seems to me the girl just wants a bit of fun, which I think is a
prequisite for work! I certainly wouldn't enjoy work so much without
an element of fun.

Mags, describes her as "upbeat" and "dependable", admirable qualities
in a PCA I should think. She sounds a popular girl so I doubt if the
behaviour is some sort of ego deficiency.

Flirting is only a form of harrassment if the other party is offended
by it, and probably has health benefits for both parties concerned. I
can imagine it is difficult to be in Mags' position, but it seems a
bit hard to criticise someone for wanting to lighten people's lives,
she may even be used to being appreciated by her friends for her
forward nature.

Cheers

Deri
