My question is this, are you implying that all the people in Guantamano and
other prisons were the people who killed the children if so, what proof do
you have they did this  if they have not had a trial?
Also, are you implying that all, and I do mean all the people in Guantamano
and other prisons have knowledge of iminate threats to civilians?  
If so, how have they gotten that information if they have not had access to
anyone for 3 years or more?  
Can we prove that all the people we've picked up were part of terrorist
plots (were all germans part of the Nazi party? So thus in need of being
imprisoned?), were all those plots credible?  
What about American citizens on watch lists without knowing why they are on
the list?  Do they get waterboarded because they may be a threat?  How do
they clean up their good name if they don't know what they are accused of?  

Again, why are we going to the extreme?  How about all they people who could
murder me in my own home, a very credible and real threat, more people are
going to be murdered in America then will be killed by terrorists?  Since I
had a knife held at my throat by a black man, do I pick up all the black man
in the neighbor hood because of a credible threat?  (a real scenario that
has happened)  Keep them locked up without due process for years?  
What about all the drunks on the road, they kill more people than terrorists
in America, do we station police officers outside of every bar and party to
keep them off the road and keep them locked up?  How about if we find out
you've been buying a lot of liquor and beer because we've kept tabs of your
credit spending, and just pick you up off the street and keep you locked up
for a couple of years, credible threat, we know people who buy a lot of
liquor, tend to drink a lot liquor and are more apt to drive why intoxicated
and kill lots of innocent children.
