Exactly - that's what I meant when I said I didn't consider him disabled -
I meant in terms of competition.  Obviously he still needs the articial
limbs but when he competes ... well ... need I say more?

Great news, but I wonder what impact (if any) it'll have on the
Olympics as a whole, and the Paralympics specifically?  Wonder if more
athletes with disabilities wil petition to compete in events like the
marathon, etc.  Wheelchair marathoners usually finish well ahead of
runners.
