That's just about the spinal level that controls the muscles for the lower
extremities.  Your movement below that point depends on how much damage was
done to the spinal column.  You probably do have a gait similar looking to a
lot of folks with cerebral palsy.

I "think", it is L4 and L5..........  if I remember right.  It is very low
on my
back.
