 So you are saying because a woman choose not to substain from certain
activities, she selfously has the right to kill the baby.  Then in the
instance of rape and insest, depending on age(if it is a 12 or 13 yr old
thats different), then again you are saying because someone else did
something wrong the baby gets the death penilty.  If they know for sure 100%
that they woman will die if she carries the baby, then maybe it might be
neccessary, then again she probably was warned not to get pregnant in the
first place.
