Perfectly fine logic, except argumeents in favour of a Global Warming
happening are more convincing at the macro rather than the micro level. No
one argues that because cities are warmer than when they were towns is an
indication of Global Warming. Rather that an inspection of satellite photos
gives the worrying information that the North Polar Ice cap is shrinking at
an increasing rate.

No cement there!

Its quite interesting that Russia, an original signatory of the Kyoto
agreement, (but has not ratified yet), is stalling because several eminent
scientists in Russia advise that Russia would be a "winner" in the Global
Warming stakes - an increase of a few degrees would make it easier to extract
natural resources from a not so frozen tundra!!
