Are we talking bladder or bowel incontinence?  If you are talking  bowel 
incontinence
is there any chance that you are REALLY constipated?  Sometimes stool 
will leak around
a large obstruction and you really can't feel it come out.  The only 
solution I know of
it to get yourself really cleaned out with an enema.
