Bobby,

Muscle fatigue has been a constant companion for years. Ouch!

Here I go again with my herbs and vitamins. Try the Calms Forte by Hyland
Homepathic Remedies. Also, start the Leg Cramp and Low Back formulations to go
with. You can markedly reduce your fatigue by taking 400mg of magnesium daily
(great for the heart, too!) Fatigue goes hand-in-hand with inflammation and
spasming. Get those under control and the fatigue becomes more manageable. Devil's
Claw, a natural anti-inflammatory will help. Or, if you're skeptical, take 1,000
units of Vit C daily (natural anti-inflammatory also).

Get back to Dr. Carla next month with an update after you've stuck to the course
for that period of time.

Cheers!

Carla
