  Some who participate on the list may have limited time on line (buying packages
of hours for internet connection), or perhaps slow internet speeds.

  For these two reasons, it is important to keep junk mail off list. If you have
something in particular you want to share, perhaps you could invite people to
e-mail you off list, and you can send it to them directly, instead of to the
entire group. That's what we call proper net etiquette.
