Yeah, Ken, if you don't get those electrodes secure, you will definitely
dance! Make sure you get the area good and clean before you attach the
electrodes. I can't remember the name of the stuff, but there is a solvent
that includes a mastic that will clean the area and provide a bit of
stickiness too. Maybe someone else knows the name of this stuff?

I was using the electrodes on my sacral-iliac joint, right near my
belt-line, so I know what you mean about the sweating. Your TENS provider
can get all sorts of types of electrodes to try. Just get a sampling until
you find what works. I found that the ones that were to be disposed after
one use were pretty worthless if you had any skin moisture at all.

FYI on the tens unit: Make sure the electrodes have full (and I do mean
full) contact with the skin at all times. They are designed so the current
flows through the entire surface area of the electrode. If only a portion
of the electrode is attached to your skin, the sucker will arc like nobody's
business--and hurt!
