I've flown both in the US and internationally since 9/11.  Granted, it was
with my manual chair and not my power chair, but it was not a thorough
inspection at all.  One of the screeners just felt under the chair, behind
me, and patted me down.  It took no longer than it did for the people I was
traveling with to go through the metal detector.
