To be honest with you, the Remote Troubleshooter position I have at the
Prentke Romich Company isn't the easiest job like how Dave and I make it
look. You have to be always awake and thinking about all the communication
devices PRC makes or has made in the past even if you don't have physical
access to them. Dave and I have had to spend countless hours both playing
on devices and reading their manuals continuously. It isn't just a job they
offer just for the fun of it or just to say that we hire physically disabled
people, we do expect something like we do of a non-disabled employee. I
myself see nothing wrong with expecting a handicap person to do something if
they have the mental ability to think and reason. I'm sorry if I'm sounding
rude here but I really believe in this, and if I'm wrong here please correct
my thinking.

Thanks,
Anthony

  Anthony,

  I have a Liberator. I was a RTS and I was
relaved of my duties after just one day. :((( I
guess I wasn't taking the classes fast enough
because I have another job. My dad prefers it
this way. I really wanted this job thou. My dad
gets uptight when an RTS answers one of his
  service calls.

  Thanks ,
  Kathy
