 Mormons believe in a Heavenly father and in a smaller aspect Heavenly
mother (not quite a goddess but, literally the mother of us all).  It's
amazing the variety and scope of Christianity.

No. G-d has never been seen as female in Judiasm.  Always patiarchial, not
matriarchial.  True, Judiasm is matrilineal but it's not matriarchial.

  I had read that in very early Judiasm - there was female god type also.

day offend some followers of judiasm.
