actually it is LA NINA and our weather folks on tv are describing it as the
opposite of EL NINO. blaming it for the increase in hurricanes. don't know
if the winter storms are blamed on it or not. the difference in using "el"
or "la" i sorta picked up from my trip to Baja, Mexico.
