Just a thought--maybe they had aranged the shuttle when they made their
reservations....I do that for my Mom & stepfather & expect that shuttle to
be at their gate when they arrive & get them on time to their connecting
flight..and it always has....They also reconfirm a day ahead & check each
leg of the trip....I think they could have checked out your timeframe VS
theirs before dumping you off..or called another shuttle for you.....Joy
