little value in their existence.


i don't own a gun, however, the reason the constitution gives the right to
own guns is to protect yourself from.....THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, YES!! the
founding fathers were afraid of government.

i agree that a hand gun probably not the best welpon for this and protection
from criminals. probably a shotgun would be better.

adults (in michigan  the uncle)(and i point out again the gun here was
stolen) who let children get to hand guns should be prosecuted.

  take all the precautions listed in the post i am replying to.

procecute under the laws that exist. but, the answer is not more laws, the
answer is in enforcement.  we got more laws than we need already.
