whichever, i was refering to due process. a person
without CP with the same documented injuries, would
have been paid without the run around. 
they would have been sent to the doctors with the
right qualifications to rule on the injuries. i never
got that. they immediately went after the CP. the fact
is that i still have 2 herniated disk and they have
the mri. the fact is that i have the permanant tendon
and ligament damage that no neuro in practice is
qualified to give an opinion on. the fact is they saw
CP" AND ONE CLAIMS EXAMINER  named Dee Pearson got a
wild hair up her rear end and started harrassing me on
the phone a full year before they even got to sending
me to a doctor of anykind. they decided they were
going after my CP and they did that. my lawyer said he
"wished to God that he could go to the district
court."
