Kieran, welcome to our room!

Yes, I am under care for various pain elements. I have found that motrin
(ibuprofrm) at night means I wake up with a lot less neck pain. My doctor
agrees with that and also gave me rx for my old medication called flexeril
(cyclobenzopham) to take at night to help me relax and fall asleep.

I'm 44 and still kind of cute. :-)
