You are "spot on" Gopher, as Deri might say.  I suspect that our Chester
shares that attitude as well, and a good one it is (Hey Chester, ya still
speaking to me?).

I said this in a recent post, but it bears repeating.  Laughter is the best
medicine.  I would not take that sentiment to extremes with regard to the
pharmaceutical aspect (I'm on a number of drugs myself), but I have read that
laughter and humor tend to cause a release of endorphins that can help ease
pain and depression.

I ain't no doctor, but it sounds okey doke to me.

I shamelessly stole that from the most recent BEACON post.  That has been my
attitude though, and that's what helps me feel good.
