I know the same type of folks go to Balitcon as go to Scicon (the smaller
scifi convention in Virginia Beach).  I remember many a night staying up
with some of the most unique, creative folks around.  The costume party and
artwork were worth the money.  Where else could you find Wiccans, Society
for Creative Anachronism, Klingons, and Elizabethan dancing all in one
place.

              This reminds me - I was suppose to let you know when BaltiCon
is.  It is 4/21 thru 4/23     web page is http://www.balticon.org      I am
not sure Amber and I are going this year. Last year I was speaker and was
offered places on several panels - this year I have had to decline due to
Amber's surgery being up in the air. My friend Muriel husband - Dr. H. Paul
Shuch  - has a SETI presentation, Muriel does panels also,and another of our
friends  runs the childrens program. She has 3 professional story tellers
coming. Your Patricia should love it.  I know we will be doing Philicon in
the fall - if we don't get to go.
