Cruthes, themselves, could be used for weapons. Also, criminal type
wheelchair users usually sit on their weapons. I teach my police recuits in
disability awareness to go behind the chair and pat up under the person.
This, of course, does not apply if the chair is motorized. Also, with
aluminum crutches, you could transport lots of powdered stuff, drugs,
anthraxm etc.
