I hadn't even thought about the use of the term "incumbent" in other
than a political/electoral context.  Take a break, Kat!

I have to admit that when I first saw the subject line, my first  
thought was "how did they get record for our employees?"  Then I  
realised you were talking about politicians! Damn, I'm working too hard!
