Oh - sorry I forgot to mention we had looked into emancipation for her - but
in Virginia - you must be either married, in the military or able to be
financially self supporting - she doesn't meet any of these criteria. Last
week - we went thru a good half dozen ideas only to find out that Virginia -
or Fairfax County didn't allow it. Which includes guardianship - literally
forcing the custody issue.
