Cindy- she may be having muscle spasms--Try a warm bath before bed-I also
cover Sarah's legs--long Pj's or blanket sleeper ( we use a fan- but keep
the legs warm) We are now trying ARNICA Pellets at bed time- they work well-
They seem to get worse during or just after growth spurts. Good luck--Joy
