The Henry B. Betts Award is a $50,000 prize established to promote
social
change and reward extraordinary individuals whose lifework has improved
the quality of life for people with physical disabilities. This survey
is
designed to collect data from the disability community and its leading
advocates on universal access and social attitudes. Tabulated responses
will be used as a communications tool for education and public
information purposes. Please answer the following questions and return

   Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research, the rate of
   disability increases with age, after the age of 25. How have you

   one-third are 65 or older. There are 2.2 million Americans with

   your peers?

16.In the past decade or two, there has been an explosion of mainstream
   products (gadgets, both high- and low-tech) targeted toward aging
   baby boomers, promoting universal access.  Which one(s) have you
   found the most useful?
