Hi everyone-

As many of you know I will be starting at Idaho State University in the
spring. Registration for spring classes is comming up, in fact I have alredy
been in touch with my advisor. This will be the 1st time I will be attending
a 4-year university, previously I had been attending a local 2 year comunity
college.

At the comunity college I have been taking anywere from 6 to 12 cedit hours
at once. I am horrid at judging how many classes to take....usualy when I
sign up for 12 things tend to get out of my controll especialy if there is
alot of reading ivolved because it takes me along time to read as I am
constently lossing my place because of involentary movements that are part of
CP. I do use the tape recorded texts wich speeds up the process somewhat but
as we all know those arn't very fast when compared with your avarge reader.
Then when I sign up for 9 ch I don't have enough to keep me bussy. Of course
it all depends on the type of course you take too.

I think I should sign up for an esier load this time as it will be my first
real college experience and I am expecting to have increased mobility
problems because of the climet in Idaho, as well as possible exaserbation of
the problems related to aging and CP that I am already experiencing.

Currently I am looking at signing up for the following courses:
1. Advanced Reading Writing and Reasoning (3 ch) - this course is a required
softmore english course. I hear it is prety demanding.
2. Introduction to Health Professions (2 ch) - this course is part of my
major health care administration, I know a good deal about healthcare already
so am not expecting to many problems.
3. Intermediate Algebra (3ch)
4. Seated Aerobics (1ch)- they have alot of adapted PE couses, and I really
need to be excersing so why not take advantage of them is what I figure.
(They have everything from swiming to skiing for people with disabilities.)

That adds up to 9 credit hours. So what do you all think. I would really
like your feedback.

Have a nice day,
Anee
