  peter my daughter trained in massage theorpy but did not stay in it. what a waste of education dollars, but i digress. she would not do much with me  other than a good back rub because she was afraid to apply the pressure necessary for a good massage. 
  if you opt to do this you just have to say "she will not break." and be sure enough is done to get the benifits of the massage (if any).
