Kathy Jo,

You need to get people to teach you those things. Ask your social worker.
who handles your SSI checks? How much do you get each month? you need to know
that first so you can make a budget. A budget tells you what you need to spend
on rent and food and telephone bills, energy bills. You'd probably qualify for
section 8, which is housing for people who are disabled, or poor.

Look at www.feldenkrais.com for explanation of what feldenkrais is. Then you
can look up people in your area to see if they are near you.
