Friends, 

Some of you are going to laugh when you hear this, and it's quite silly it
had to happen.  Today I needed a part for my footrest (nothing too major),
and it's storming here today, so I had my dad run to get it, but you'd swear
they hadn't seen my dad before, they put him through a series of questions
before giving him the part.  It was like my dad was going to screw my
insurance and resell it.  I realize that there are some they should be
concerned about but they have known us for almost 30 years.
