    Personally, I would forget the "team" in London. They will probably not
go back on their decision. I would try to locate another team. I have not
said anything, but a close friend here is a RN who works for Medtronics, the
company producing the pump. Her specific job is to supervise surgical teams
who are inserting the pump for the first time. I could speak with her and ask
her advice. I am sorry I did not think of this before, but please excuse you
elders with foggy memories. LOL
