It's a good idea to contact the local Independent Living Center.  They keep
up much better than I do about the specific programs available on a daily
basis.

I don't know.   I hope she knows about it, and doesn't assume anything...
When I was thinking about NC, I looked at everything.   It turned out if
Virginia's Medicaid was bad, NC's was horrible.  So I'm still here in
Virginia.

Only the weather.  Does she think her Medwaiver/ Medicaid will automatically
transfer to Florida?  Each state has different requirements.
