My O.T. Evaluation took place over three visits.
I feel I didn't get much out of it.  My therapist
said that I don't have any problems.  He (my
therapist) said I have to write something up and
E-Mail him.  The questions are about safety.  How
can I transport more safely in the bathroom ,
wheelchair , and bed.  According to my
capacities.  Any ideas?
