Hi Folks,

Is there anyone with good resources in Connecticut or Massachusettes?  I
have a friend who is having severe medical difficulties.  She needs
residential placement for her 12 year old daughter.  Unfortuanately the
child has developmental delays. She has tried to find placement through
several agencies -- the best they can do is Pennsilvania!  Do you know
of any place closer that will accept a child with CP and developmental
delays?  Or any agency that will help her in her search!  Connecticut is
the primary state, but mom would be "ok" with Mass.

Desperate for help!!!!!!!!
