i am sitting for a few minutes to update my
condittion. i am back to making bathroom trips with
out help.  and also stood in the shower by my self. i
have not attemped driving yet, but probally will  try
that tomorrow. of couse i'll carry my cane just in
case. good thing this happens so rarely. i hope that
by tomorrow it will be to the just sore stage for the
muscles that consticts and couses this.
