Subject: Introduction

Hallo everyone

I lurked on this list ages ago and decided to join again.

I live in Qld Australia.

Today it was 27 c and a beautiful day (here it is winter but probably
more
like your summer).

I sail a dinghy once a week (it is specially built for people with
disabilities and does not capsize).

Today I sailed one of our 24 ft yachts in a race. Have not been in a
race
for a while. It was great fun and we came second out of about 60 yachts.
Not
bad!!!!

When we race the yachts it is in the Yacht club races so we race against
abled bodied people. Think they got a shock when we first beat them and
we
are getting better all the time.

Have been reading Mags info on condos.

I live in what we call a duplex (it is a small house and has a common
wall
with the one next door).

Have lived here for 14 years (still have a mortgage). My house is one
level
and I have someone who mows the lawn etc.

In the last few weeks I have had too many bad falls so finally decided
to
get grab rails put in the bathroom and another step and rail put on the
back. What a difference, much much easier.

P.S. Always wondered what grits were - sound disgusting!!!!
