in the price of every dollor you spend is another 23 %
that is passed on by companies passing on the tax that
they supposedly pay. but, really the only taxpayers
are the indeviduals. companies that "pay taxes" add
them into the price and so they are acually judt
collecting taxes from you as part of the price and
passing it on to the government. 
this is only federal tax. HR25 does not address state
tax at all. but your sales tax is taxing the 23 % that
is passed on taxes, so in those you are paying taxes
on taxes. 
  we are paying more than enough to cover all the
roads, defense, etc. the government waste quite a but
of money.
