My question to him regarding learning disablities would be -based on what?
His experience? It's ok to call him back and have him clarify. My daughter
is ten and I haven't found anyone who has acuratley predicted what her
capablities are.
I do get the sense that the predicting is more to make them sound like they
really know what is happening.  I agree with Joy-the dx is to get services
and makes it much easier once that is done.  I know a family who fought for
years and could never get the dx.  It sounds like your son is doing great.
