Coming out of lurk mode....

Since there are no stupid questions.. here goes one.  I am 33 yrs old and have
CP (ataxia)..  I haven't had any form of Therapy since 1987.  I have never been
on any medication for my spastic movements, which are quite spastic and lately
have been getting worse.  I walk with a very cautious gait, have slurred
speech, and am unable to write.
Is there anyone who has any advise for me Re: medication?
