Honestly, I don't think any state has good Medicaid benefits.  What with
state budgets being slashed and federal funds being pruned, I think
Medicaid programs in all states are being undercut.  So I don't think your
friend would be better off anywhere else in the U.S.

Just another example of your friendly Republican administration at work.

When I was thinking about NC, I looked at everything.   It turned out if
Virginia's Medicaid was bad, NC's was horrible.  So I'm still here in
Virginia.
