Prices are dropping keep looking. Yes you'd have to build onto that or use it as your storage eventually. There is a company called Honsdora I think who has nice kit houses for sale for not that much, then you have to pay a contractor to erect it. You also need to know which of the subdivisions are ok. Some are considered a lot better than others. I think that is one of the good ones. The weather is a real plus for the aches and pains of cp.
