Kathy Jo,
The space where you type web page addresses in Internet Explorer is
called the Address Bar. To make it reappear, position your mouse pointer in
a blank section of the Standard Button toolbar (the one with the back,
forward, home, and search button icons) at the top of Internet Explorer.
Then, click the button on the right side of the mouse. This should bring up
a list of the various toolbars Internet Explorer can display.Scroll down the
list until you've highlighted Address Bar and click the mouse again (for
this step, it doesn't seem to matter which mouse button you use.) The
toolbar list should disappear, and the Address Bar should reappear. Hope
this helps. Susan
