if they are kept in a special needs trust fund, and only used for things that mary needs, ssi cannot touch that, and cannot say that you (mary) was overpaid.

Subject: SSI donation issues?

Does anyone have experience receiving donations for a child
on SSI? Do I have to we have to keep donations in a separate account or
set up a trust. Any experience with this would be great!!

Thanks,

John Runer Challis, Idaho
