Ever tried something called "Bag Balm", Bobby?  Dairy farmers use it on
cow's tits, but they also use it on their hands in the winter.  I think it
has a boatload of lanolin.  Small town drugstores carry it as well as places
like "Tractor Supply".

       I am lucky since the only thing I have dry, itchy skin during cold
weather.
