Trisha, Bob, Deri James, and Anyone who may have concerns with our internet
posts,

Let me start by saying I am are deeply sorry if our EMails have offended
anyone. Thank you all for bringing this important topic of "spamming" or
"nonsense chatter " to the forefront of todays world of high speed modems
and instant communication, it wasn't that long ago these were tasks we left
at the office when the end of the business day is near. However today many
of us take our work home and there are those persons who work from home for
much of the convenience of managing time, raising a family, and ones enjoys
from working on remote location while still having access to the office.

I have been surfing and posting in news groups since July 96. I truly feel
for those of us who are receiving alot of EMail, do to lists subscribed to.
In the beginning it was cool to give someone or anyone your EMail address.
However today is here and current technologies allow us manage our time
virtually around the clock. I or someone from our office suggested that we
should subscribe to three lists, one of those lists is: St. John's
University Cerebral Palsy List, This lists is responsible for one third of
our daily EMail intake which averages over two hundred a day. Only being
subscribed for six months or so, I have read and received useful
information relating to the disability population and/or service providers
in the industry.

Our lists and posting our received by hundreds of individuals and
organizations, who served this underestimated population in our society.
Our postings are meant for informational purposes only.. Individuals or
organizations wishing to be removed may request by submitting an EMail. We
honor all removal requests, due to a large list(s) and third party contacts
we ask for a ten business day policy. This allows for verification and the
removal from our multiple lists that
Paulsen and Company and/or members of said lists manage, subscribe to, or
otherwise maintain.

I would like to end by closing thanking those individuals who stood in my
defense and for that I am honored and you deserve my deepest graduate. Due
to my large commitment to volunteerism my schedule allows me to bring a
wealth of fresh and innovative concepts to this committee, list and or
groups. In return we receive valuable feedback which we gather and share
with others in our perspective field.

As someone said,

"Darrell Paulsen has CP, is active in disability rights, and is currently
standing for public office. Given these facts it is difficult to understand
under what criteria for "spamming" you are considering his posts"

in response to the above statement we at Paulsen and Company and / or staff
discourages "spamming" of any kind. The individuals on our lists are
receiving our EMail updates because we provide a valuable resource to the
communities we serve. You may be receiving our postings because you or an
associate suggested to be added to a list.

For this is my personal reason for responding to accusations of my conduct
or postings to the Internet community. I close by stating again I am are
deeply sorry if our EMails have offended anyone.

P.S. this response took deep thought and a considerable amount of time for
me to dictate using by using voice recognition software. However I thought
it was important enough to respond by written EMail and forward to our
lists or groups. Sent without acknowledgment from the board of Paulsen and
Company, board of directors and it's supporters.
