John, you're finding out Medicare and Medicaid have an "institutional bias" which effectively limits us who use them to those items we need to function in the home only.  They don't care if we have a life outside the home. :p  That why they fight us all the time.  And Don't get me started about the "institutional bias" towards nursing homes.
