As you know, my wife and I are buying our first house in Colonie, NY
(suburb of Albany).

Just to let you know that our lawyer called me up today and said that
the closing should be any day now.

After we close on the house, we will have to make it accessible.  I am
hoping that we will be in the house by Thanksgiving.  More later.
